A wise person once said, 'The mind is a wonderful servant, but a terrible master.' Extended time alone, being in relationships and getting older shows us all this truth. But an Awakened mind is said to be fully unified and compliant, it no longer fights against itself and always does the right thing at the right time without thinking.
We've ALL had glimpses of this when we are in FLOW.
This workshop is all about sharing the knowledge of how and why to live more moments in Flow States based on 2,500 years of contemplative feedback and discourse.
