YOGA + Movement + FITNESS - a combination of traditional yoga with bodyweight exercises, breathing techniques, HIIT and functional/animal flow movement patterns. These yoga-fitness sessions are an alternative, fun and natural way to boost strength, enhance flexibility and increase your range and quality of movement.

Three morning sessions over a week designed to increase your range and quality of movement.
Combines traditional yoga with bodyweight exercises, breathing techniques, HIIT and animal flow - we may even move like monkeys and apes and other quadrapedal locomotion patterns in a quest to increase our strength and flexibility and ability to move freely.
Expect an interesting and challenging three sessions that have you moving in entirely new, but oddly familiar, ways.
