Full Description

There's no right, no wrong, no one method that fits all, but rather an opportunity to explore the right formula for you and your true uniqueness. We'll hold the space and time for you for that incredible inner journey of self-empowerment and discovery, providing you with an array of tools gathered from ancient and modern knowledge and modalities, applied to today’s world, including but not limited to, yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, and aromatherapy. Respectfully borrowing from the Tantric tradition, the body and all your senses will be your fundamental instruments and field of exploration, learning and mastery.

Eight-module themed content:

Everything is already in the seed.: the essence of who you truly are, your inner wisdom and highest potential. It starts by assessing where you are in your practice and life, and setting your intention for what you'll learn and manifest during the following 10 months. It is your personal commitment towards the work to be done.

The medium in which the seed is planted is crucial to its growth. Once the quality and type of soil are defined, the actual process can start, mixing the right ingredients for your seed to thrive. It is the foundational ground for your practice to build on.

Yoga and Ayurveda are the first power tools to be used to nourish and support your soil. Within a array of nuances, from the philosophical concepts, values, to the practical techniques (like yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, daily wellness routines, nutrition, to name a few) you will explore the tools to start creating your personal practice and lifestyle. This is an opportunity to put together your own recipe.

The ecosystem is all about connecting to your environment and exploring different modalities to spice up your recipe, such as aromatherapy, sound as a conduit, or a different approach to meditation. Being open and able to look through various perspectives and angles, prevents you from getting stuck in one way, one method, one solution. In the long run, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to change are key to your progress.

We evolve and change through the seasons of life, as nature does through the year. And so your practice should change and evolve, too. Letting go of something you’ve enjoyed and has worked for you for a while, but doesn’t serve you anymore is not an easy thing to do. Attachment is powerful! Though nothing to be afraid of. Practice is available at all ages, times and under any circumstances as long as we breathe! It’s just a matter of adapting to the elements and tweaking our formula to the flow of seasons. Being aware and learning how to observe, modify, feed your curiosity for more tools to try and explore, enhances tremendously your practice, lifestyle, sense of liveliness, connection and wholeness.

As your practice becomes more organic, steady and natural, supporting your needs and fitting your lifestyle, the initial seed becomes a plant and the ripening phase slowly leads to maturity. Some patterns have been changed along the way and new habits have formed. You've become more aware, more in sync with natural cycles, personal and universal, and more attuned to subtleties. All the learning, questioning, studying and practicing really start taking shape, giving way to deeper understanding.

The flower bursts, opens and delivers its nectar! You've almost come to completion of the journey. A deep sense of realization comes along, of connection to yourself and others; you start speaking the truth, and your perception gets more clear and bright. Body, Mind and Spiritual Heart come together to manifest the Teacher. Now you are the seed, the plant, the flower, the tools and all the recipes you've put together, all at once. You are empowered from within.

Time to harvest and gather all the seeds you've produced to start sharing them with others. You are the Teacher. It is the completion of a cycle and the beginning of another one because by now you should know there's no end, but a constant rebirth to death in revolution, and lessons to be learned along the way. And that applies not only to Yoga, but to all aspects of Life!
