Manifesting Metta: A Loving Kindness Yoga and Meditation Practice
Metta, defined as loving kindness, promotes the opposite of ill-will. It helps us to cultivate kindness and compassion towards all beings, including ourselves.
Type of Event
In this practice we'll learn how to deepen, enrich, and have fun, while partnering up in the practice of gentle yoga poses. Then we will focus on metta meditation as well as participate in interactive practices that will allow you to deepen your connection with yourself and those you love.
Couples and singles welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring paper and pen to take notes.
