MARCH BREAK YOGA CAMP For Kids Ages 6-10

Body to Bliss Yoga believes that the earlier we can share the gift of yoga with our children, the earlier we can enrich their lives on so many levels.
Specially designed for students ages 6-10, this program encourages physical movement and play, inspires young imaginations and sparks artistic creativity.

Our 2 hour program consists of:
- Breathing Exercise / Activity
- Games & Activities Incorporating Yoga Poses
- Partner & Group Yoga Poses
- Yoga / Mindful Living Story Circle
- Discussion & Art Activity Related to the Story
- Relaxation / Visualization Exercise
This program is led by Sandra Zimmerman, a Registered Yoga Teacher and mother, who lovingly encourages kids to be kids and embraces their boundless energy and enthusiasm.
