Come join us for our March Madness Workout event which incorporates a combination of strength,flexibility,and balance. We will have power yoga,sculpt and burn total workout,PiYo(Pilates and Yoga) all combined into one. This event is free. Bring your friends,coworkers, and family members. The things you will need is a bottle of water, small sweat towel. The studio has yoga mats,but your welcome to bring your own mat.
