Mastering the basics
Come and join me for a Saturday morning beginner yoga workshop.
This is a small, friendly and fun group setting in which to learn Yoga!
We break down the positions and give you confident to join a yoga class or practice your own yoga.

We can get bad habits so it is good from time to time to work on alignment to help our posture
In a group limited to a maximum of ten students, this means you will all have the opportunity to ask me questions about your own personal practice, which you may not in class.
If you just want to come and learn there is no input required.
This course provides:

A forum to ask any questions
Discover key principles of yoga and work through some essential yoga moves
An introduction to basic principles of alignment and action receiving hand on adjustments
An opportunity to learn about the body and how to prevent injury while practicing
An introduction to the breath
This session is perfect for beginners and suitable for anyone looking to start Yoga for the first time or someone wanting revisit the fundamentals of a safe Yoga practice!
