Mediation with Yoga
You will learn to practice the basic steps that lead you into a meditative state and mix this up with gentle Yoga postures that will help relax the body and sooth your mind.

Meditation can help calm the mind and stop excessive worrying. It is a proven method that incorporates a series of steps that help focus the mind to concentrate on single points of attention. This stops distraction and brings you in a state of what is called "the here and now", where you are not "ruminating" over the past or the future. Incorporating Yoga into the practice helps eliminate distractions such as physical discomfort or stress, allowing you to sit comfortably for periods of time, which is a requirement of Meditation. Being in the company of other people who want to achieve the same goals also helps strengthen the Meditation experience.
