Medicine Meditation Fridays
A 9-week Medicine Meditation course designed to address common stress-relayed and other ailments.

Each hour-long meditation class is $10.
The focus of this 9-week Medicine Meditation series is to address stress-related and other illnesses through meditation. Stress can have a negative impact on almost every aspect of human body function.
Participants will learn specific breathing techniques, mantras, focus, concentration, special postures, movement, and position of the hands and fingers. When specific aspects of these elements are combined, they positively impact diseases and illnesses such as cancer, depression, diabetes, menopause, recovery from surgery, stroke, high blood pressure and much more.
This is a meditation series for the householder-- anyman, any woman. It is science backed and based on the book, Meditation as Medicine by Dharma Singh Khalia, , who is also a yogi, and Cameron Stauth.
