Meditation can help us work through many difficult symptoms and feelings, such as stress, anxiety and sleeplessness.
If you are suffering from any of these symptoms, breathing techniques, key phrases (or mantra) can help you work through these experiences, helping to eliminate them or at least help them to occur less frequently.
Meditation also helps to facilitate healing within the body and through meditation, we allow our minds to be quieted, our bodies to be calm and relaxed. In our busy day-to-day living, finding moments like this are rare.
Please join me for a one hour meditation and breath work to learn some easy techniques that you can apply at home, in the office - or anywhere where you can find a quiet moment.
