Join us for a workshop based on more than asana (postures) as we dive into the practice of meditation and Mantras. We will do a little yoga, but with mantra and a few broken down meditations.

Diving into the art of meditation and mantra and exposing how to use both in your yoga practice.
During this workshop, we will do a little yoga asana, very gentle and restorative, but mainly focus on finding a mantra that reflects your life. After moving a little, our time will then focus on learning to sit in meditation. We all hear the benefits of meditation (better focus, more present awareness, calmer outlook, etc.), but do you know how to incorporate the practice into your daily life? How to use mantra in meditation, a yoga practice, or everyday living?
