Come learn and explore the practice of Meditation and Pranayama (yogic breath work) with Jennifer Hatcher on March 16, 2016 7:30pm. Many people (perhaps you) say they want to meditate but they are too busy, they can’t turn my brain off for 5 seconds much less 5 minutes and I can’t sit still for 5, 10 or 15 whole minutes…come find out how simple it can be to incorporate meditation into your day to day life. Come learn how yogic breath work can benefit your yoga practice and your daily life. Learn how to blend your breath with meditation to find ease and peace in the practice.
