Type of Event
We offer a 7 week meditation course on Thursday's from 20.30 - 21.30 in the evening starting at November 5th!
On November 5th we start our 7 week meditation program. These evenings will be guided by your Yoga teacher Esther.
The class will start with easy to follow Yoga poses followed by Pranayama (breathing exercises). After that we are ready for the meditation.
We will finish the class with Shavasana (relaxing pose) and will use some affirmations to reset your brain and mind. :-)
