This course is structured to bring you yoga's highest teachings in a way that is easy to understand and assimilate. There will be time to hear teaching talks, ask questions, and experience meditation. This course makes deep and easy meditation accessible to you.

Full Description

Learn the key teachings related to a successful meditation practice and how to have a successful home meditation practice.
This three week meditation series includes:
• Three talks (one each week) on the subjects of: the focus of meditation and the goal, your mind, weaving it all together and, the history of these teachings.
• Learn a sacred mantra and ways to apply it for easy and deep meditation.
• Question and answer opportunity after each talk.
• Coaching on any obstacles you may have during meditation.
• How to develop and maintain a successful home meditation practice.
Bhakta has been practicing meditation and studying the teachings within this tradition since 1992. She has been trained and authorized as a meditation teacher by Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati to bring to you these ancient teachings in a way that is easy to understand and incorporate into your life.
