This meditation class explores several different styles of meditation to help calm and focus the mind, which will naturally bring you more awareness and increase your energy.
You will come away from this class with some simple meditation techniques and a deeper understanding of the vibrational sound of OM, which is said to be the natural frequency of the universe.
