Meditation for Everyone
Learn techniques to help you establish a regular meditation practice wherever you choose. If you have been trying or wanting to start meditating now is the time with a supportive community of others like you. The work will involve individual and group support as each week we look at the challenges to practice and how to overcome them.

Meditation is not so much a state of mind as a collection of skills that can be learned and with practice returned to whenever you choose. Meditation is a commitment but also an opportunity to be more present in your daily life.
Perhaps you have tried to meditate and become frustrated? It can be hard to find the right time and there’s that monkey mind to contend with! With individual and group support we will look at what gets in the way, daily routines, lifestyle choices and how to overcome the challenges.
