Meditation for Everyone : Four Week Program
Reduce stress, think more clearly, be happier and enjoy better health. Meditation is not so much a state of mind as a collection of skills that can be learned and with practice returned to whenever you choose.
Type of Event
Perhaps you have tried meditation, become frustrated and told yourself you just can't do it. It seems so simple. Sit still, be quiet and meditate. Turns out it's not so simple. It's hard to find the right time and it seems impossible to quiet your mind.
With individual and group support we will look at what gets in the way and how to overcome the challenges.
Each week we will learn and build techniques to help set the stage for a successful meditation practice.
Participants will receive handouts and recordings of all practices and meditations week by week for home use.
