Join us for an evening of Yoga Nidra meant to relax the mind and body. This class will be taught by Lisa McDonald, RYT of Yoga Fix Studio.

This practice will allow you to explore your inner self, to shed the external factors that plague the every day life, and walk away feeling confident, relaxed and refreshed! We will go through three breathing techniques and three guided meditations, all done on the mat. Please bring a pillow and blanket with you for complete relaxation.
