Join Jahmaal and learn the practice of meditation, and meditation preparation. The practice of stillness has many benefits but it is often next to impossible to just drop everything and sit still.

In this class you will learn simple, but very effective techniques to prepare the body and mind for meditation. Each class will be a meditation in itself yet you will also leave each class with different tools to apply to meditation on your own. As a practitioner for the last 20 years Jahmaal hopes to dispel some common misconceptions about the practice and bring it into a relative space for the modern meditation seeker.
