Meditation in Motion
Integrate yoga and meditation using the power of Sun Salutations.
Led by M. Gatlianne, this workshop focuses on setting your intentions and utilizing affirmations to bring awareness to your practice with meditative movement, solid grounding, and intentional Sun Salutations.
Type of Event
In the tradition of a Yoga Mala, this practice will be done in four short rounds for a total of 54 Sun Salutations. Each round will be dedicated to a specific purpose. Participants will be taught the flow of a Sun Salutation, mindful meditation, and how to integrate the two in order to create an intentional meditation in motion.
