Meditation: Vinyasa Krama Yoga for your Mind
Vinyasa krama (wise progression) is the way we sequence to prepare the body and mind for meditation. In this workshop we will embody the wisdom of the yoga tradition to move and breath in order to prepare ourselves to sit still with more ease and steadiness. We will also use wise progression to move our minds to greater ease in being with our own thoughtsand feelings and more focused in our attention.
