Full Description

We will provide you with powerful tools and practices to eliminate stress, fears and self destructive habits, allowing you to keep calm and balanced in the face of life’s challenges.

Yoga Nidra is simple and enjoyable to practice. If you can breathe and either sit or lie comfortably for 30-35 minutes, you can practice Yoga Nidra!

Saturday, to 12noon: Yoga Nidra and Classical Yoga. How does Yoga Nidra fit into Yoga? Everywhere! We will learn the structure of Yoga Nidra and then move into a practice of gentle yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Saturday, 1 to 4 Welcoming Everything. We all have a need to learn to live in our body and to love and accept the body, all parts, whatever their condition. We use Yoga Nidra to learn to greet all parts of ourselves with acceptance and with love.

Sunday, to 12noon: Working with Thoughts and Beliefs. As well as welcoming our physical self, we need to learn to love and accept all the aspects of ourselves: the fun loving partier, the serious worker, the judgmental part, the selfish part, the terrified child. Using Yoga Nidra we uncover how to view ourselves in a loving manner.

Sunday, 1 to 4 Healing, Acceptance and Inner Peace. Yoga Nidra helps us heal from past traumas of all sorts. It helps us learn love and acceptance of all of ourselves. From this base, we better accept and love others. Inner peace arises and our ability to be a light to others in the world.
