We shall dive into the stillness that is in each one of us and bear witness to our full potential. Yoga & mediation practitioners with no experience & those with years of practice come together in this beautiful place to reconnect.

Over the course of the weekend, you will learn (through Mindfulness, Yoga & Healing meditations):

reconnect with your body through various styles of Yoga.

The retreat is for all levels of Yoga and meditators whether you’ve been practising for years or don’t know a sun -salutation from a hand stand, you will be guided through poses and meditations to help you to open your mind and your heart to achieve peace, joy and a motivation to achieve all that you wish.
The weekend includes numerous meditations, yoga classes, mindfulness practises, mindfulness walking & eating, restorative yoga as well as dynamic classes and some time to yourself to explore the beautiful surroundings of the Cliffs of Moher. You will be guided through these experiences by trained and experienced teachers.

We shall also work with different yoga practices from dynamic Vinyasa, Restorative to Yoga Nidra and learn about it’s uses for coping with stress & maintaining life balance. The movement of the body will help release stored emotions & fears and allow us the space to move forward in our lives.

It will take place at the Cliffs of Moher Retreat centre, a stunning luxury accommodation where all your meals will be cooked by a local gourmet chef.
