Mental Health Basics for Yoga Teachers
The Yoga Sutras define yoga as "stilling the fluctuations of the mind," and this is challenging for an every day busy mind. An increasing number of people with stressed, anxious, worried and depressed minds are seeking help and relief through yoga classes. This workshop will provide yoga teachers with information about symptoms of anxiety and depression and practice tools to offer greater assistance to their students coping with these conditions.
