Mindful Eating- event based on Mindfulness practice of awareness and tuning into mind and body.
Type of Event
Formal workshop session is between 10 to 12 and food will be served at 12 for guided Mindful eating.
This workshop is based on scientific evidence based information on Mindful eating.
This workshop will help to prevent further suffering that sometimes comes from eating. It will support participants in developing healthy and balanced relationship with food.
You will learn to recognise the body's suttle clues of hunger and fullness. So far all those strict dieting regimes and shakes have not given sustainable results. Come and try how you can form a loving relationship with food forever.
