Mindful eating - eating with intention and attention - provides a practical, universal approach to decision-making without restriction, deprivation, or guilt.

Working with the body through yoga connects you with your spirit, while unraveling the physical, mental, and emotional knots that bind you and blind you from your true nature. Prior experience with Am I Hungry? or yoga isn’t necessary. This retreat offers classes for all levels of yoga practitioners – those who are early in their practice of yoga, those with an experienced practice, and yoga teachers.

What: 5 day/4 night Mindful Eating and Yoga Retreat

When: April 19 – 23, 2020

Where: The Cliff House at Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Colorado

Who: Men and women, age 18 and up. Prior experience with Am I Hungry? isn’t necessary. This retreat offers classes for all levels of yoga practitioners – those who are early in their practice of yoga, those with an experienced practice, and yoga teachers.

Why: Working with the body through yoga connects you with your spirit, while unraveling the physical, mental, and emotional knots that bind you and blind you from your true nature.

What you will learn:
- Discover and learn how to apply a proven method for deciding when, what, how, and how much to eat.
- Learn how to listen to the signals your body is already sending you to interpret the nuances of hunger and satiety.
- Experience a dedicated environment for practicing loving-kindness for yourself.
- Develop a more holistic appreciation for your body and what it is capable of.
