The New Year is an opportunity for a fresh start!
Set mindful intentions by tapping into the powerful practice of Mindfulness Meditation.
This 90 minute workshop will include a gentle moving meditation designed to prepare your body for meditation, guided meditations, journaling, intention-setting and a small take-a-way to help you bring this practice into your everyday life.

This workshop is suitable for anyone wishing to explore or deepen their understanding of this meditation practice.
Please bring a pen, a journal and an open mind!

Space is limited to 12, so please register early to avoid disappointment.

The session will be led by Kathy Parsons, meditation guide, yoga teacher and ‘type-A in recovery’. Kathy has been practicing and studying mindfulness techniques for over 10 years and believes that there is a meditation practice for everyone. She encourages students, friends and family to experiment with different methods to find the right fit and connection.
