On this retreat you shall experience daily yoga sessions, yoga nidra and mindfulness practices combined with knowledge of the breath. We shall teach you to utilise the breath to its full capacity by teaching you breath work (pranayama) practices that you can use in your everyday lives.
Escape the touristic tracks and immerse yourself in the authentic Cambodian countryside. Surrounded by lush greenery, nestled on the top of a hill, overlooking the majestic Mekong River, the iconic eco-friendly bamboo resort is the perfect place to relax, unwind and energize your body, mind and soul. The yoga shala (Lotus Hall) is recognized as one of the most beautiful all over Asia. This retreat is suitable for complete beginners and for more advanced practitioner who want to develop their practice. We are linked to an NGO, infused by Buddhist principles, who offers vocational training and work to disadvantage young adults. Discover the real Cambodian culture in the villages and the multiple Buddhist temples located nearby.
