For Veterans and Active Military Only! Saturday 11/15 & 1Sunday 11/16 at 1pm. Arrive Early Open 30 minutes before class. Bring a water large towel and dress comfortably to sit and stretch in. This class is led by a Vet. and supported by the Veterans Yoga Project.

Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery is a clinically-tested, yoga based treatment program for Trauma Recovery. This program is helpful for those dealing with post traumatic stress and other co-occurring conditions such as:
*Depression
*Chronic Pain
*Addiction
Facilitator: Jason Smiley
A Army Veteran and Sivananda Yoga Instructor. He earned his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate at the Sivananda ashram on Paradise Islands, Bahamas. He completed his Mindful Resilience Teacher Training with the Veteran's Yoga Project at the Feathered Piped Ranch in Helena, MT.
