In each of us is reflected the pure beauty, abundance and creativity of nature.

Living Creativity is a mindful yoga retreat. Spend six peaceful nights and seven blissful days exploring the natural, lush environment of Tobago while diving deeply into the natural and beautiful haven of your inner self. On this retreat, we will focus on art, music, writing and overall creativity to build a deeper connection with your inner creative spirit.

You will be guided by vibrant creative yogis in mindful awareness, through yoga asanas, meditation, and many artistic pursuits. You will create - from a peaceful and rested place within your spirit. We will hike through lush rainforest to bath in waterfalls, lay on the beach and absorb warm sunlight. We will spend time reconnecting with our deep and true selves and re-enter our daily lives recharged and reenergized! Come experience a week of creativity, feed and harmonise your peaceful creative shakti energy.

Each day on retreat there will be a combination of three main elements - group practice, personal time, and group activities or outings.

All practices and activities are guided gently to ensure that you are able to gain the most from each moment.

*Before 7.30am - Personal Writing Time

*7.30 Morning movement and meditation (Yoga Asana & Mindful movement)

*09:00 Breakfast

*10:30 Group activity (creative sessions and includes discussions and guided contemplative reflection, outings, and excursions - waterfall, beach, and hiking)

*12:30 Lunch

*13:30 Free time or outing or creative sessions

*17:00 Group yoga practice

*19:00 Dinner

*20:00 Music, discussion, and sharing community time

What is included?
