There are 2 classes of 2 hours each on Saturday mornings. The first class is at 9 am and the second starts at 1130am.



Full Description

In 8 weeks you will learn a range of meditation and awareness practices, that can be integrated into your daily life.
You will get an overview of the background, science and attitudes of these approaches. This Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is clinically proven to be highly effective in working with a range of physical and psychological needs.
Dedicated to students who would like to learn the ability to manage stress and respond, not react to setbacks, improving their results.
No experience required. For ages 13 and above. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
Tea and coffee provided.

I am a mother, certified MISP Teacher, MBSR Teacher Training Level 1, TQUK Teacher Assistant and also hold a BC in MarComms. I am also a Yoga Alliance Prenatal and Hatha Yoga instructor (300hr). My mission is to share her experience so we all can enjoy a fuller and happier life.
