You will learn how to:
~navigate every day mental, emotional and physical challenges with greater ease
~free yourself of old patterns and habits that limit you
~reduce suffering from pain, anxiety, grief, depression
~be more aware of the stories racing through your mind that are your unconscious decision-makers
~become a better leader inside and outside of your home
~live a more mindful and meaningful life
