Full Description

Living in a busy world does not mean you need to have a busy mind. By learning simple meditation and mindfulness techniques, you can enjoy mental clarity and inner peace. Even if your world is busy, you can find quiet within your own mind. Everyone is welcome to attend this half-day course.

Class Format

Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.

Teacher Bio

Kelsang TabkayKelsang Tabkay is from Greenville, SC, and has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism since about 2008. In 2013, he ordained as a Buddhist monk. Tabkay is Ganden Center‘s of South Carolina’s primary children’s teacher and also teaches a number of classes for adults.
