Full Description

2 hrs meditative practice aims promoting the overall health and wellbeing. We will cover hot to manage the everyday life, deal with stress and pain, improve concentration and focussing skills, and boost general health and well-being. Workshop suitable for everyone looking for an introduction to mindfulness and meditation, and/or looking for a way of dealing with stress-related problems, depression, chronic-fatigue, or pain.
