The practice of mindfulness can bring many benefits to your emotional and physical health, as well as enhance the relationships in your life. Mindfulness is an amazing tool for stress management and overall wellness because it can be used at virtually any time and can quickly bring lasting results.
Dr. Colon specializes in sleep disorders and is the author of The Sleep Diet, A Novel Approach to Insomnia, the children's sleep book The Magic Ice Cream Palace, and of Sometimes I Dream, A Book for Infant Sleep. Dr. Jose Colon is the founder of Paradise Sleep, an organization dedicated to education in sleep health and is dual board-certified in sleep medicine and neurology with special qualifications in child neurology.
His special interests are clearly Sleep Medicine. Writing. Mindfulness and Hypnosis.
