Mindfulness Meditation in a Nutshell

Come to this workshop to learn the 2500-year-old practice of Mindfulness Meditation in a safe, relaxed and enjoyable environment. Through practices as diverse as sitting, walking, eating and listening, we will explore mindfulness of the breath, body, emotions and thinking. We will also learn the heart-opening practice of Metta, or Lovingkindness, and will share instructions, tips and tools to help you establish or deepen your own practice outside of the workshop.
