This is 6 week series. We ask that you commit to the full 6 weeks.
Join April in this 6 week series, using the breath, gentle yoga poses, and simple meditation techniques to learn how to become more present in the moment, gaining the tools to self-regulate back into a state of balance and begin the process of healing from trauma and minimizing the symptoms of PTSD.
