About Your Teacher: Master Yoga Teacher Krishna Raja – Certified Master Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist, hailing from a family of traditional Yoga practitioners in South India.
He learned Yoga techniques at the age of 8 from his uncle who was a yoga teacher and regular Yoga practitioner at Ramakrishna Mission and Vivekananda Ashram where they teach authentic traditional Yoga tech niques.

Each cottage at Blue Indigo is built with locally-sourced, natural materials and each cottage comes with an attached bathroom/shower, fan, and mosquito net.

We can also arrange accommodation at our students with a limited budget at an associated hotel. 600 USD for 29 days in Single AC room with breakfast included. We also offer a stay in a traditional Cambodian-style house in a single room with fan (non-AC) for 120 USD for 29 days.

If you have already completed another yoga TTC, please bring your certificate with you. You will then be given a 500 hour TTC certificate at the end of the monthly course due to completing more than one TTC.

Whether you have no previous yoga experience, or you have already completed other TTC’s and are looking for a more spiritual, authentic dimension to bring to your yoga practice you will benefit from this course. The knowledge is very deep and includes concepts from traditional Indian yoga not often taught in Western schools of yogic practice.

About Your Guest Teachers:
- Dr. Shishir Gokhale is a graduate of MGM Medical College Indore and did MD Medical Microbiology at the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. He has served in the Indian Army Medical Corps as pathologist and microbiologist at various military hospitals for 27 years. He has established the laboratory facilities for all the hospitals of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. He has been a teacher at the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, and a graduate and post graduate examiner at many universities. He has been Director of Blue Peter Research Center, Hyderabad, and Dean KMC International Center Manipal. He is presently Prof and Head, Dept of Microbiology and Director, Basic Sciences at the Manipal College of Medical Sciences, Pokhara, Nepal.

He has many publications in peer reviewed scientific and general periodicals and news papers. He has conducted research projects and presented numerous papers in various conferences. He has been invited as guest speaker in many forums. His other interests are holistic medicine, yoga, wine brewing, training pets, music, dramatics and literature.

- Well known for her medical practice and as an accomplished Ayurveda teacher, Dr. Sheetal Chopade brings with her, years of experience in this noble field. She is a strong believer in ayurveda which is an ancient and proven Indian medical science. Dr Sheetal is a practicing licensed doctor with 20 years experience and many of her patients within India and abroad. She has 15+ years of teaching experience and she is also a renowned visiting professor in Germany, France, and Switzerland.

Here is a concise synopsis of her career and tenures in terms of medical experience. She runs her own Panchkarma centre in Pune since 2011. She has worked as a Production Manager in an Indian Ayurvedic manufacturing company for 3 years and was a Director In Oriental Ayurveda health Products Pvt. Ltd. She has published articles on various topics of ayurveda in local magazine and newspapers.
