During this three hour workshop we will explore new and creative Yoga Flow sequences. Suitable for beginners as well as those who want to improve their existing yoga practice. As the numbers for these events are small, it provides the perfect opportunity to receive personal adjustments from Barbara and perfect your alignment.

The workshop focuses on creating clarity in your practice and space in the mind for expansion and growth. Let the light of awareness shine as you move, breathe and flow.
