Mix & Match Yoga
Mix and Match Yoga are our Saturday morning classes. They are taught by rotating teacher with monthly themes. All classes will be active yoga that is geared for a wide variety of yogis. Monthly themes and schedules will be posted on our Events Page and Facebook page

Our Saturday Morning classes at 9:00 to 10:15
Class passes are available on line = $12.00 for a single class, 5 classes for $55.00 and 10 classes for $100.00. When you sign up on line you get the first class FREE. We encourage students to sigh up on line to use their credit card, it makes checking into class much smoother for everyone.
Yin Yang Yoga - May 2nd with Paulette
Explore your balance between light and dark, sun and moon, right and left, activity and rest in this Yoga class, we will practice breathing techniques (Pranayama), active poses (Asanas), resting and holding poses for several breathes. Adding relaxation and meditation methods to rejuvenate and calm the body, mind and spirit connection.
YOGA / QIGONG for PADDLERS (great for everybody)
May 9th, 16th and 30th – with RaDene
A strong trunk, balance, flexibility and mindfulness are key to efficient paddling. The techniques in these classes will prepare you physically, mentally and spiritually for your adventure on the water and in the flow of life.
SPRING CLEANING YOGA May 23rd – with Ginger
Flowing movements through the shoulders and spine opens up the muscles that hold some of life’s stresses in our body, allowing us to let go of it, leaving us feeling fresh and new from the inside out. This class will include blissful sun salutations to let the freshness of Spring flow in to our wide open hearts.
