Friday 19th - Friday, 26th September with yoga instructor Molly Harragin. 7 day luxury yoga retreat in a seafront private estate in Greece. Full board, holistic therapist offering relaxation and rejuvenation massage packages, yoga instruction twice a day (morning and evening), Infinity pool. Crystal clear inviting warm Aegean sea and a gorgeous sandy beach just below the house. Places are limited. Small group yoga retreat in a very unspoilt and undiscovered Pelion, a peninsula in mainland Greece.



Prices based on two people sharing range from: £790 per person for shared bathroom; 1.5 hours of morning yoga and 1.5 hours of evening yoga, 3 meals per day to include local wine with evening meal, 1 evening self healing technique and relaxation session. 19th - 26th September Exclusively for 10 people

7 day luxury yoga retreat in a seafront private estate in a beautiful, unspoilt corner of mainlandGreece.

Molly will teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga where the classes are co-ordinated with the breath to create a dynamic yet meditative practice. All levels are welcome!

Before breakfast the day will begin with a morning sunrise (Surya) yoga session. The Dynamic Vinyasa Flow practice will use the sun's energy to awaken the body and prepare the mind for the day.

The morning 1.5 hour practice will open with a short, settling meditation, and then move into a sequence of sun salutations. As the body warms and opens, an asana sequence will follow, moving from one posture to another, using the breath to link the movements.

Evening Yoga Practice (1.5 hours) The evening session wil be a sunset (Chandra) practice which will be of a more restorative nature, to allow the body to unwind from the day. The lunar practice will again open with a meditation, followed by a slower asana practice, holding the poses for longer periods, to allow the body to relax into stillness. The session will include a pranayama (breath) practice and will be completed with a full, guided Yoga Nidra of deep relaxation.

Dinner will be taken after the evening session
