Take a break and enjoy some time for yourself! Recharge with a yoga practice focused on common postpartum needs followed by a guided meditation and an extended savasana. We will also talk about the importance of self-care and how to attend to your own needs while caring for your family. It doesn’t matter if your baby is 3 months old or 30 years old, if you’re in need of “mom me” time – this workshop is for you!
