Mommy & Me Yoga
This is a free baby and caregiver yoga class. The first Tuesday of every month, 10:15-11:00AM, for babies 6 weeks to 18 months. The class will feature stretching and awareness exercises for adults and age appropriate movement play for babies. Come play and have fun in a supportive environment.
