Come learn Matthew Sweeney’s Chandra (Moon) Vinyasa Sequence.
A meditative, grounding, powerfully restorative, slow flowing yoga practice.
It emphasises the hips, groin, lower back and abdominals, opening up, strengthening and releasing tension in these areas.
This beneficial therapeutic sequence is suitable at any age and is great for both men & women to explore the more introspective qualities of yoga
