Restorative Yoga is a mellow healing practice focusing on rest, relaxation and letting go of tension within the body and mind. It is deeply relaxing, non-challenging and restful.
As we listen to our bodies, we give ourselves permission to let go, finding comfort in simply being. By softening our breath to the present moment, we'll let our bodies receive each asana (pose) with openness and compassion.
Through this beautifully beneficial slow and deep practice, we'll be able to respond to life more clearly, wisely and calmly.
An absolute must for anybody who is busy, stressed out, anxious or just in need of some time out. This is a gesture of true self care and gives optimum relief and healing.
