Type of Event
This event will be held the first Saturday of every month from 4pm-5pm, all are welcome, no experience necessary, donations appreciated.
Kirtan is a powerful spiritual practice found in the path of Bhakti Yoga. We will chant Sanskrit mantras (Bhajans) for balance, healing, and transformation, which help to calm the mind, relax the body, and energize the Spirit. Singing is encouraged but not necessary, if preferred you are welcome to lie and absorb the vibrations. Come together in community and help create positive energy to share with our world!
