Join Karen Stanberry for an hour of meditation practices and guided imagery with progressive relaxation. Reconnect to a deeper part of yourself and remember how to BE. We are human *beings* not human doings.

With a busy and hectic lifestyle and schedule, the body and mind struggles to keep up with all of our doing and thinking and the pace we set it. This is a chance for you to hit the reset button.

This will be an opportunity to invite calm, restoration, healing and positive energy into your mind, body and soul. Find peace and freedom within, quieten your mind and soothe your body. This class will emphasise loving kindness and how to have a happy heart.

HOW TO BOOK:
Places are limited to 8 and will need to be booked and paid for in advance. The class is £10 and can be booked directly by contacting Karen on 07968 713109 or at All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.

LOCATION:
TNT, 179 Seabourne Road, BH5 2HH. Parking is available on the surrounding roads. Please allow for time to find a parking space.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Please wear warm, layered clothing that you are comfortable in.

WHAT TO BRING:
- A Yoga Mat
- Your favourite blanket/s
- Yoga Block/s and/or meditation cushion
- Water to sip on
- A smile
- You may also like to bring a journal. Sometimes we have the greatest revelations when we take time out to relax.
