Monthly Meditations w/Dawn Smith

Explore a new meditation technique each month to cultivate mindfulness in your everyday life. Learning to still the body and mind is essential on the path to truly knowing ourselves. A Meditation practice not only supports us surviving the ups and downs in life, but it is a fundamental tool in creating a strong sense of inner peace and fortitude so that we may not only survive, but truly THRIVE.

Full Description

Each month, explore a different meditation technique with Dawn Smith. These Monthly Meditations offer students the opportunity to learn and practice various meditation styles to cultivate a regular home practice or to support an already established practice. These Monthly Meditation sessions will include various styles of meditation, including: Yoga Nidra, Mantra/Japa Mala, Guided, Walking, Vipassana/Mindfulness & more.

No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothes. Please do not eat an overly large meal before sessions. Chairs will be available for those who are not able to sit on the floor.
