January's Workshop is Yoga For Weight-Loss & Management.
Studies show that yoga lowers levels of stress hormones and increases insulin sensitivity—a signal to your body to burn food as fuel rather than store it as fat. Doctors and personal training experts say it can seriously trim and tone your body — and also work on your mind and spirit to help you get healthier overall. In this 4 week series we will focus on the benefits of yoga for weight loss. All levels welcome!
Class will meet for 4 consecutive weeks, January 6, 13, 20 & 27. It is recommended that participants come to all four classes. Drop in's are available for $14 per person.

Each month we will explore a different facet of yoga in real life. For January we are delving into what many people have on their minds this time of weight loss and management.
