Lift your spirit with laughing, singing and dancing on Friday evening! Start the next day out in nature with yoga and meditation at sunrise. Learn about the labyrinth, and experience it while seeking your quiet inner space. An intensive yoga session in the afternoon is preceded with a philosophical talk about life.

Come and take care of your body, mind and spirit at Moreson! We are going to have fun, do yoga, experience and learn about the labyrinth, and seek your real self inside your quiet space.
Men and women are welcome - whether you are familiar with yoga or not - come and experience! Get together with friends on Friday evening around a campfire at Die Pouveer - laughing, singing and dancing!
On Saturday we start the day with silent meditation, Surya Namaskar and asana with Jakes. Then we enjoy a healthy brunch at the spring. Later, we learn more about the labyrinth with Ena, then walk and experience the labyrinth. After that we maintain Noble Silence while enjoying the tranquility of your mind, the calmness of your soul and the peace of your body. You alone ... walking, swimming, sitting, resting ... Last on our program is a complete yoga session preceded by a philosophical discussion on the quality of life by Jakes.
Arrive at Moreson on Friday 18th from 17h00 (book your accommodation in time!) Or come on Saturday morning for the day. Bring a picnic basket for Friday evening. Saturday's brunch is included in the fee of R300 per person. We conclude Saturday at 17h00.
